Sometimes things come up and you can’t make it to your appointment. I get it! Things happen. But as a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from you, my valued patients. When you cancel on short notice, I don’t get paid – and I still have to pay rent and for everything else. You’re also taking an appointment slot from someone else who may have really needed it.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment. Letting me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment is very much appreciated!
Please also note that insurance providers DO NOT cover missed appointments: if you don’t show up, your insurance cannot be charged and you are responsible for the full fee. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until your invoice is paid.
Thank you for valuing my time!
There is meter parking on the street outside the clinic. Cost is 25 cents per 12 minutes.
